That’s how one witness opened a stunning congressional hearing that turned years of ridicule into vindication for those who dared to question the streaks in the sky.
In a packed Capitol hearing room, members of Congress finally acknowledged what had long been dismissed as conspiracy — weather modification is real, solar geoengineering is underway, and no one truly knows the consequences.
